The CitizenMe Insights marketplace is not currently live as the team is entirely focused on DataSapien, Mission: using the same technology to give a billion people a private, personal AI, right inside the apps they use every day.

At its peak, the CitizenMe Marketplace was used by businesses and leading brands to access real-time insights from more than 500.000 concurrent app users from over 150 countries.

The unique on-device-processing app architecture enabled respondents to share answers to sophisticated Consumer Insights questions as well as detailed behavioural data (social media, streaming, finance, purchases, health, location etc.) – all shared anonymously and ethically, directly from the users mobile phone to the brand.

The CitizenMe App was an on-edge PII wallet and consented Zero-Party Data access platform for businesses with on-device intelligence (rules and machine learning.

Data stored on the edge by the CitizenMe app surfaced private insights, allowing a user to learn and discover about their digital selves, while simultaneously generating additional insights that could be shared – an data insight network effect.

The conceptual CitizenMe App architecture has now been distilled into a newly created SDK (Software Development Kit) by DataSapien. This small (5mb) software bundle is designed to embed into any existing Android or Apple (iOS) app, with modules including: a data-vault, data wallet, rules, Machine Learning and Generative AI all running on device to create the world’s first Personal Edge-AI platform.

Customer Journeys are created using a no-code/low-code drag-and-drop design canvas using the DataSapien Orchestrator.
